Question 1

What is Nexus365?

Accepted Answer

Nexus365 is an AI-powered Commerce Operating System for Bangladesh. It brings POS, inventory, procurement, suppliers, finance, customer relationships and business analytics into one connected system, so a sale, a purchase or a payment updates every part of the business it affects.

Question 2

Which industries does it support?

Accepted Answer

Nexus365 is designed for grocery and convenience stores, supermarkets, FMCG retail, pharmacies, fashion and footwear, electronics, restaurants and cafés, wholesale and distribution, multi-branch retailers and enterprise commerce. Each industry page explains which modules matter most.

Question 3

How do I book a demo?

Accepted Answer

Use the Book a Demo page to tell us about your business and a good time to talk. A specialist will contact you to arrange a guided demo. If you'd rather explore on your own first, the interactive demo runs in your browser with sample data and needs no account.

Question 4

Is Nexus365 available to sign up for today?

Accepted Answer

Not yet as a self-serve product. The public website and the interactive demo are live; the production platform is being built in phases. You can request early access and we'll contact you when workspaces can be set up.

Question 5

Can it manage multiple branches?

Accepted Answer

Yes, multi-branch operation is a core part of the design. Each branch has its own stock, pricing and reporting, and authorised users see a consolidated view across the branches they're allowed to access. Stock transfers between branches are recorded as movements on both sides.

Question 6

How does inventory synchronisation work?

Accepted Answer

Stock levels are never edited directly. Every sale, return, goods receipt, transfer and adjustment is recorded as a stock movement, and on-hand quantities are derived from those movements. That keeps branch and warehouse positions consistent and auditable.

Question 7

Can the POS operate offline?

Accepted Answer

Offline POS is in development and is not production-ready yet. The design gives each offline sale a unique identifier, stores it durably on the device, shows a clear sync status and synchronises it once without duplicates when the connection returns. We will only advertise it as available once it has been implemented and tested.

Question 8

Does it support Baki (customer credit)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Credit sales can be recorded against a known customer, checked against their credit limit, and paid off in part or in full. Each customer has a clear Baki ledger showing every credit sale, payment and running balance.

Question 9

Does it support Bangla?

Accepted Answer

Nexus365 is built for Bangla and English. Product names, customer names and receipts can use Bangla script, and numbers, dates and BDT amounts follow the language and regional settings you choose. Interface translation is being rolled out module by module.

Question 10

How are VAT and tax handled?

Accepted Answer

Tax rules are configurable per organisation and product rather than hardcoded. We do not claim regulatory compliance: your accountant or tax adviser should review the configuration against current Bangladesh requirements before you rely on it.

Question 11

Which payment methods are supported?

Accepted Answer

Nexus365 records cash, card, bank and mobile wallet payments, including split payments on one invoice. Direct integrations with specific payment providers are planned and will be listed by name only once they are built and verified.

Question 12

Can Nexus365 integrate with existing systems?

Accepted Answer

The platform is being designed with a versioned API and webhooks so it can connect to accounting tools, e-commerce storefronts and payment providers. Barcode scanners and receipt printers that work through the browser are supported in the demo today. Specific third-party integrations will be named only once they exist.

Question 13

How is customer data protected?

Accepted Answer

Each organisation's data is isolated from every other organisation, access is controlled by roles and branch permissions, connections are encrypted in transit, and sensitive changes are written to an audit log. Customer marketing respects consent settings. See the Security and Privacy pages for detail.

Question 14

Does the AI make decisions on its own?

Accepted Answer

No. AI features explain their recommendations, show supporting evidence and distinguish measured facts from estimates and predictions. Anything consequential — purchase orders, price changes, credit decisions, customer campaigns — waits for an authorised person to approve it.

Question 15

Is the interactive demo real business data?

Accepted Answer

No. The demo uses a fictional organisation with invented branches, suppliers, customers and figures. Demo checkouts and purchase orders only change sample data in your own browser; no money is charged and no real records are touched.
