The Nexus365 Platform
Every module, one data model
POS, inventory, warehouse, procurement, suppliers, CRM and finance aren't separate apps bolted together. They read and write the same records, so a sale at the counter is already in your stock, your books and your customer history.
Why one data model matters
Follow one sale and one purchase through the business
No nightly imports or sync jobs between modules. Each step below happens in the same transaction as the one before it, or is explicitly queued for a person to approve.
A sale at Gulshan
- 1
POS: Cashier scans 2 × Soybean Oil 2L and takes a split cash + mobile payment.
- 2
Inventory: Two units leave Gulshan's stock as a recorded sale movement.
- 3
Finance: Revenue, VAT, cash, wallet clearing, COGS and inventory post as one balanced entry.
- 4
Customer DNA: If the customer is identified, the purchase joins their history and points.
- 5
Replenishment: Days of cover drops below the supplier's lead time, so a reorder is drafted for approval.
The purchase that follows
- 1
Procurement: The draft is approved and becomes a purchase order to Karnaphuli Edible Oils.
- 2
Warehouse: Tejgaon DC receives 200 of 240 bottles, and the PO stays partially received.
- 3
Inventory: 200 units are added to stock with batch details, and 40 remain on order.
- 4
Suppliers: The payable is created for 200 units only, and the on-time record updates.
- 5
Finance: Inventory and accounts payable post together, balanced to the paisa.

Beyond the modules
Intelligence on top, Bangladesh underneath
Because every module shares one dataset, the intelligence layer can explain its recommendations with real evidence, and local requirements such as Bangla, BDT and Baki are part of the foundation.
