Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using the Nexus365 website or interactive demo you agree to these terms. Use of the Nexus365 platform by a business will also be governed by a subscription agreement with that business, which takes precedence where the two differ.

2. The website and interactive demo

The website describes Nexus365 and marks each capability as available in the demo, in development or on the roadmap. The interactive demo uses fictional sample data; simulated transactions do not move money, create orders or affect any real business's records. Figures, prices and recommendations in the demo are illustrative and are not advice.

3. Accounts and access

Platform accounts are provided to organisations, which are responsible for who they invite, the roles they assign, and keeping credentials secure. You must not share credentials or attempt to access another organisation's data.

4. Customer data

Each organisation owns the data it puts into Nexus365. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Data Processing terms and Privacy Policy.

5. AI features

AI features provide recommendations, estimates and predictions that may be wrong. They do not take consequential actions — such as placing purchase orders, changing prices, extending credit or contacting customers — without authorisation configured by the organisation. Organisations remain responsible for their business decisions.

6. Tax and regulatory configuration

Nexus365 provides configurable tax and VAT settings. Organisations are responsible for ensuring their configuration, invoices and filings meet applicable requirements in Bangladesh, and should have them reviewed by a qualified adviser.

7. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent or abusive use.
• No attempts to probe, disrupt or bypass security or tenant isolation.
• No automated scraping or load generation against the website or demo.

8. Fees

Fees, billing terms and plan entitlements are set out in each organisation's subscription agreement. Prices shown on the website are illustrative until confirmed.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not, in these terms, guarantee any particular uptime. Service levels, if any, will be set out in subscription agreements.

10. Liability

Limitations of liability will be defined here following legal review.

11. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Bangladesh; the final governing law and jurisdiction clauses will be confirmed following legal review.
